What a credit actually buys

Credits are spent per generation. The cost depends on the render quality you pick and the length of the clip — nothing else. Clips run from 3 to 15 seconds, any whole number in between, priced per second. A 5-second video at 1080p costs 3.5 credits.

The 25-credit Starter pack is about 7 videos; Pro's 90 credits are about 25 a month and Studio's 220 about 62 — all at 5s at 1080p.

How long credits last

Everything sits in one balance. Credits with the nearest expiry are spent first and credits without an expiry date last, so nothing lapses while you still hold something that would.

Subscription credits

  • Granted at the start of each billing cycle and valid until it ends.
  • They do not roll over — each renewal replaces what is left, and cancelling removes the rest at the end of the paid period.
  • Annual plans are billed once a year and still grant month by month.

Pack and top-up credits

  • Valid for 60 days from purchase; whatever is unspent after that expires.
  • The Starter pack can be bought once per account.
  • Top-ups are for active subscribers who run out mid-cycle.

Free bonus credits

  • The one-time signup bonus does not expire.
  • Spent last, after every credit that has an expiry date.

Pricing questions

What is a credit?

A credit is what one generation costs: 0.7 credits per second at 1080p, so a 5-second video costs 3.5 credits and a 10-second one costs double. Rendering at 720p costs less per second (0.5), so you only pay for the quality you actually asked for.

When can I buy a plan or a pack?

Now. Sign in and open the Credits page: every product listed here is available there, and web payments are processed through Stripe.

Do subscription credits roll over?

No. Pro and Studio grant their credits at the start of each billing cycle — 90 and 220 a month — and whatever is left is replaced at the next renewal and removed when the subscription ends. An annual plan is billed once a year and still grants its credits month by month.

Do pack and top-up credits expire?

Yes. Credits from the Starter pack and from a top-up are valid for 60 days from purchase, and the validity is shown before you pay. The free signup bonus does not expire.

What is the difference between Pro and Studio?

The monthly allowance: Pro grants 90 credits a month, Studio grants 220. The composer and every render quality are the same on both.

Who can buy a top-up?

Top-ups are for active subscribers who run out before the cycle ends. The Starter pack is the one-off purchase for everyone else, once per account.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits go back to your balance automatically, into the same buckets they were taken from. You are never charged for a video we failed to deliver.

Can I try TwoFrame before paying?

Yes. Verify an eligible email to try TwoFrame free, no card required. Disposable addresses and identities that already claimed it once are not eligible.

Refunds, chargebacks and the full billing terms are covered in the Terms of Service. Questions? [email protected]
