Terms of Service

1. The Service

TwoFrame provides tools to generate camera-movement videos from user-provided inputs (e.g., start and end frames, prompts, and settings). Outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• All activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. User Content and License

3.1 Your content

You retain ownership of your User Content (e.g., images/frames you upload).

3.2 Permission to operate the Service

You grant TwoFrame a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide the Service, including generating outputs you request and preventing abuse.

3.3 Your responsibility

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and process User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

4. Generated Outputs

Generated videos and images (“Outputs”) are produced automatically. You are responsible for verifying Outputs before use, including for commercial use. TwoFrame does not guarantee Outputs will be accurate, consistent, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your rights in Outputs. Subject to these Terms and to your compliance with them, TwoFrame assigns to you all rights it may hold in the Outputs you generate, on every plan including the free tier, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially — in listings, client presentations, social media and advertising. TwoFrame claims no ownership of your Outputs and does not use them to train generalised AI models.

Because Outputs are generated from your inputs, they are only as licensed as those inputs: you must hold the rights needed for the frames you upload. Similar or identical Outputs may be produced for other users from similar inputs, and TwoFrame cannot guarantee that an Output is unique or free of third-party rights. A free-tier Output carries a visible watermark until the account makes a purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, safety systems, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

TwoFrame offers credits through subscriptions (Pro and Studio, billed monthly or annually) and through one-off credit packs (the Starter pack and top-ups). The products currently offered, their prices and how long their credits remain valid are published on the Pricing page and shown at checkout before you pay. Products may be temporarily unavailable for purchase; the Pricing page and the Credits page state what can be bought at any given time, and nothing is charged for a product that cannot. Credits are consumed when you generate a video; the cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it. Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.

Each generation consumes credits irrevocably and incurs a non-recoverable compute cost with our AI provider. Credits that have been spent are therefore not refundable. If a payment is later reversed — by refund or chargeback — we may remove the credits it paid for, including any that have already been spent, which can leave your balance at zero until the shortfall is settled. Free and promotional credits are never removed this way.

6.1 Purchases through a future iOS app

• Payment and billing are handled by Apple under its terms.
• Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple's policies.
• Prices and offerings may change as permitted by Apple.

6.2 Purchases on the website

• Card payments on twoframe.ai are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, as chosen at purchase — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Credits page, which opens the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription credits are granted for each billing cycle and do not roll over — any unused subscription credits are replaced at each renewal and are lost when the subscription ends. An annual subscription is billed once a year and grants its credits month by month.
• Credits from one-off packs and top-ups are valid for the period stated on the Pricing page and at checkout when you buy them (60 days for the products listed at the date of this version) and expire unused after it. Credits bought before this version of the Terms keep the validity that applied when they were bought.
• Free and promotional credits do not expire unless stated otherwise when they are granted.

6.3 Refunds for website purchases

If a purchase fails to deliver credits, or a generation fails for reasons on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically — contact us if they are not.

Otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected], provided the credits from that purchase are still unused. We refund the unused portion; credits already spent on generated videos are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been incurred. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

If purchases become available through a future iOS app, Apple will handle refunds under its policy — we can neither grant nor decline them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not affect your statutory rights. By starting a generation you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal period does not apply to credits already consumed.

6.4 Promotional credits

Welcome, referral and other promotional credits are discretionary. We may withhold, delay or revoke them where we detect signs of abuse — including multiple accounts by one person, automated sign-ups or disposable e-mail addresses — and we are not obliged to disclose the reason for such a decision. Purchased credits and subscriptions are unaffected.

We may restrict an account that we believe violates these Terms; a restricted account can still sign in and purchase, and the restriction lifts automatically after a completed purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

TwoFrame and its trademarks, logos, and software are owned by TwoFrame and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWOFRAME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWOFRAME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN ANY EVENT, TWOFRAME'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TWOFRAME FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
